The Kerrville Traditional and Primitive Rug Camp 2011

We are pleased to announce that Kerr Arts and Cultural Center will be the location of The Kerrville Traditional and Primitive Rug Camp on November 11th, 12th, and 13th, 2011!!!  It is located at 228 Earl Garrett, Kerrville, Texas.


 

Events for this rug camp include:

  1.  Rug Show
  2. Class of your choice
  3. Shopping for supplies, kits, wool, & needful things provided by teachers
  4. Evening hooking
  5. Braided rug demonstration
  6. Masseuse
Registration fee is due at sign up to reserve your spot. No refunds after September 1, 2011. Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail or letter.

Class Times:
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 am – 12.00 pm
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Evening Hooking:
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm


While attending rug camp be sure to visit historic downtown Kerrville along the Guadalupe for an adventure in shopping. Choose from antiques, jewelry, elegant and rustic Hill Country home décor, clothing, and fashion accessories.

See a demonstration on how to make a reversible braided rug! We will help you get started on your own braided rug and show you how to finish it. Information available to order your clamp, twill and wool so it will be ready for you to use.
